MMI Automotive unveils new
Voice Messaging CRM Tool

MMI Automotive Limited has unveiled
its new CRM tool, Voice Messaging,
which enables motor dealers to send
voice messages directly to customer’s
home phone or mobile. 

The service is a communications
system that can simultaneously and
personally reach both individuals and
thousands of customers at a time. The
dealer can create a message which can be
used to inform or pro-actively market new
vehicle launches and services to some or all of
their database.

Voice Messaging can also improve service to customers, reminding or alerting them to a deadline such as MOT or Service Reminders.

 

The unique system also enables the
customer to send a reply back, by pressing
a particular key on their phone to register
interest.  Each reply is automatically
entered into the Automate DMS
Showroom Prospecting Diary,
enabling the sales team to follow
up as appropriate.
