Škoda dealers benefit from
MMI Automate integration
17th November, 2006
MMI Automotive has announced new
integration for Automate DMS with
Škoda’s manufacturer systems. MMI
is a leader in developing bespoke
integration with manufacturer software
and has developed tailored solutions
for most major franchises including
Honda, Vauxhall, Peugeot, Mitsubishi
and Citröen.
MMI has further enhanced the Automate
system to ensure it specifically integrates
with dedicated Škoda systems including Parts
and Composite.
"We have been using Automate for 11 years and we have found it to be a great system - the levels of functionality are very comprehensive. Now, because MMI has developed specific integration with Škoda systems, our administration is kept to a minimum and we are confident that future manufacturer integrations will automatically be added to our system at no additional cost," said Mark Mitchell, Group Managing Director at Mitchell Group in Chester, who hold Škoda, Mazda and Lexus franchises.

Commenting on the new functionality,
David Hayward, Managing Director MMI
Automotive, said “Integration with
manufacturer systems is an
important benefit offered by Automate
as this not only helps to cut costs and
minimise administration but also
makes the system more user
friendly; better data integration also
improves efficiency and helps
eliminate mistakes. Automate already
offers the deepest manufacturer
integration in the UK with most of
the major franchises covered and this
announcement increases our scope and
includes Škoda dealers for the first time.” |
