initial three stage
implementation process followed by
post
implementation support and
consultancy.
The three stages are:
1. Pre-implementation consultancy - to
determine the set-up parameters and
create the detailed project plan.
2. Set-up - the installation and set-up
of your system to meet your specific
requirements. This part of the process
includes the installation of hardware,
cabling and peripherals.
3. Go-live - on-site consultancy to ensure
the system is fully commissioned and
operational.

Post Implementation support
When the system is fully operational, our
support function will begin a series of
contacts with you to ensure your
people are making the most of your
new applications. We visit all
customers in the middle of the first
month of operation and again at the
month end to ensure you receive
early assistance when you may
need it most.
During subsequent months, our
Support Desk is available during
business hours to provide you with all the
expertise you are likely to need.
